To draw the offset

Step 1

If you wish to draw the offset, choose the Duplicate option from the Draw menu. After that, just select the Offset option. You are able to see it clearly from the picture below.

Choose Draw>Duplicate>Offset

Then, you can use the mouse to draw the offset. You can look at the picture below for a more clear view.
