To draw the horizontal dimension

Step 1

If you wish to draw the horizontal, choose the Dimension option from the Draw menu. After that, just select the Horizontal option. You are able to see it clearly from the picture below.

Choose Draw>Dimension>Horizontal

Then, you can use the mouse to drag and draw the horizontal that you want. You can look at the picture below for a more clear view.
