To work with Translate
Step 1
If you wish to work with Translate, first you must select the object that you want to move. After that, select the Transform option from the Edit menu. Then, select the Translate option and you are able to see it clearly from the picture below.
Choose Edit>Transform>Translate

To work with Rubber Stamp Array
Step 1
If you wish to work with Rubber Stamp Array, first you must select the object that you want to multiple copies. After that, select the Transform option from the Edit menu. Then, select the Rubber Stamp Array option and you are able to see it clearly from the picture below.
Choose Edit>Transform>Rubber Stamp Array

You'll be able to see the picture below when you click on the Rubber Stamp Array option.
To work with Rubber Stamp

This function is selecting all objects in the page. If you wish to work with Select All, choose the Select option from the Edit menu. After that, select the All option. You are able to see it clearly from the picture below.
